WAESOL, the Washington state affiliate of Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), is a professional, non-profit organization whose purposes are to:

Promote scholarship
Disseminate information related to ESOL
Strengthen instruction, teacher training, and research in the teaching of English to speakers of other languages

Mr. Azzeddine Bencherab is a former language instructor at College of Ajman, UAE where he taught Business Communication and Business Ethics at the MBA Department. He is author of more than 20 articles published in USA, UK, and Japan and five books in the European Union. His field of interest is developing skills and teacher development.
