WAESOL, the Washington state affiliate of Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), is a professional, non-profit organization whose purposes are to:
  • Promote scholarship
  • Disseminate information related to ESOL
  • Strengthen instruction, teacher training, and research in the teaching of English to speakers of other languages

Clock hours will be available for both the live conference and the recorded sessions. Please note: Clock hours can only be earned once for a particular session either during the live conference or as a recording.  

CLOCK HOURS : ($3 per clock hour)

The Day of the Conference (October 23): 
Sign in to the clock hour google form for the day. Please Note: District and Institutional email addresses sometimes block or delay emails from our system. You may want to provide an individual email address instead to avoid blocks or delays in receiving your clock hour communication.

Following the Live Conference:
To receive clock hours for the live conference on October 23, visit the WAESOL clock hour page. You will need a list the sessions you attended and the registration code you received via email following the conference. Only individuals who signed in for clock hours will receive the registration code. Verification of attendance will be made via the clock hour sign-in during the conference.

Recordings: 
To receive clock hours for viewing the recordings, fill out the zoom registration when you click on each recording link. Keep a list of all sessions you viewed. After recordings close the end of November, an email will be sent to each registrant with the registration code to access the clock hour request system. Verification for viewing each recording will be done via the zoom registration form.
