WAESOL, the Washington state affiliate of Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), is a professional, non-profit organization whose purposes are to:
  • Promote scholarship
  • Disseminate information related to ESOL
  • Strengthen instruction, teacher training, and research in the teaching of English to speakers of other languages

This workshop is designed to help teachers identify and practice social-emotional care by setting realistic healthy routines. Participants will have the opportunity to identify sources of stress in their lives, learn how to set personal boundaries, and how to develop a self-care plan that is ideal for their unique situation.
